Saif-Kareena to tie the knot on October 16  

Sharmila Tagore, Saif Ali Khan’s mother, has stated that the duo will get hitched on October 16 this year. While speaking to a leading daily, she said “Yes, that’s the date we have decided upon. There will be a reception, too, but not a very big one.”

The marriage ceremony will be held at Khan’s ancestral home in Pataudi in Haryana which will be a low-key affair to be attended by only immediate family members. However, Sharmila added that the reception might be a bigger celebration since both Saif and Bebo have a good number of friends in the film industry.

The would-be mom-in-law assured that Kareena will continue working at a steady pace even post-marriage. She will work on two films per year and after wrapping up ‘Heroine’, her next acting assignment would be Sanjay Bhansali’s ‘Ram Leela’ with Ranveer Singh.
